Position Details:

• Job Duration: Seasonal (April to November)
• Pay: $21–$24/hour plus production bonuses
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8–10 hours/day (flexibility required)
• Location: Nepean, ON (valid driver’s license and transportation required)

Your Role:

• Lead a small crew, schedule daily tasks, ensure quality control, and inspect equipment
• Interact professionally with clients and team members
• Operate landscaping equipment such as line trimmers, mowers, blowers, aerators (training provided)

Essential Requirements:

• Valid G driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs consistently
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and solve problems efficiently
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment at a fast pace

Preferred Qualifications:

We highly value prior management experience, as this role requires strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate team members.

• Previous management experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
